We start with the end in mind. Sorry to rip off Stephen Covey, but it works. We ask the hard questions that all boil down to the same thing: what do you want to get out of your website? A blog, a place to inform people, a place people can buy things, communicate schedules or events, reserve something, sign documents? It's your website, and if you're paying for it, it should work the way you expect.
Then we build it. That's right, we simply put it on the web where only you can see it. Then we let you react. Most often, we get it right the first time. Sometimes, we have to repeat this step more than once, but not very often. We figure our customers would rather see it and react to it than talk about it. We're happy to take the shot and allow plenty of time for target practice.
Finally, we tweak, get the design just right, make certain the content is in the right place and work with you as much, or as little as you have time. It's important to know that we no more believe in the big bang theory as a basis of creation than we do in the development of your website. Every step of the way, warts and all, you'll know exactly what we're up to and know exactly the status of your site.

Although there doesn’t seem to be a lot of data concerning websites versus apps, it does seem clear that mobile users have quite definite preferences in terms of what they use for what.
For example, in the “Mobile Modes” report by Yahoo! in August 2011, we can read that to connect with others, 69% of users prefer to use an app, but to shop, 63% of users prefer a web browser.
